CATASTROPHE, formed in the middle of 2008 in Jakarta, a band that initially brought the kind of music Death Metal with formation Idruz (Vocal), Abeth (Vocal), Nizar (Lead Guitar), Bayu (Guitar), Anggun (Bass) and Aria (Drum). with music like Vader, Behemoth, Nile, Suffocation, Disavowed, Visceral Bleeding, etc. The concept began to be made, by combining the music rather quickly, fast, brutal and with slow groovy in certain parts of the music characteristic of catastrophe. in the middle of 2011 Abeth and Anggun resigned,and in end of 2011 Aziz filled the bass position, the time goes on and we decided to change our music to be a more thick thrash than before. in 2014 Aria (Drum) and Bayu (Guitar) decided to resign from band. in middle 2014 Ferdy join us and filled the drum position, and finally we agreed to change the course of the genre into thrash death. but in the process of making the first album we encounter some problems, and finally we decided to part ways with ferdy. and thereafter aziz who previously played bass move into a position to play the drums. at the beginning of 2015 we finally did the recording process for our first album, with only the remaining three personnel we finally completed the recording process. after a long awaited and after 7 years of hard times, finally on August 17th to coincide with Independence Day of Indonesia 70th we released our first album "PARADOX", the album was officially released by Play Loud Record. with our music that thrash with some death metal parts, we hope we will continue to bombard and sawing your ears with our music.
