Formed at DEPOK in 1996, this hardcore band has its own character and interest in evolving its music aptitude and its evidenced in releasing the first album, titled: Season Of Destruct by Vein Record, 2004. After experiencing the personnel turnover, Paper Gangster must have lost the vocalist, late IJEN Gangster, a year after the first album released. Although deep sadness and bereaved does not demoralize their passion and high totality to continue creating music until the end of 2011. Paper Gangster released the second album, titled: Strong Survival Instinct by Crooz Record with band lineups: Moegky (vocals), Jeffry (Guitar), Rendy (Guitar), Agoes (Bass), Rezza (drums), but Rezza and Agoes have decided to leave Paper Gangster for personal reason. Dado (bass) join this band since 2015 to fill our bass player position and Ayul Dimas for Drum Player. in November 2015 we're process 3rd album and will release in mid 2016 by Sulung Extreme Musick based on Samarinda "Struggle United Till The End". Ayul Dimas was in a band for short period cause he had to follow his carrier, for now in drum position we're supported by Jeang (Human Like Monster), Prama Jange (Strightout) and Alvin (Noxa). Paper Gangster also share the stage with international bands such as Bleeding Through, Hatebreed, Madball, Extreme Noise Terror, First Blood. for member and with this strong formation will describe more of Paper Gangster’s musical character to stand creatively producing music especially in Indonesia underground scene. -PGHC-
